2284 (Dunblane) Squadron have recently been asked to compete in a field gun run.

Training for the field gun was at the TA Centre East Kilbride home to the sea cadets and Army Cadet Corps.

Cadets have to strip down the gun and limber and run with all the parts to a designated spot.

Then they must reassemble the gun and limber.

Finally they must carry out a drill practise firing of the gun.     

This is in  preparation for the Braehead Arena event on the 17th and 18th April 2010.

During  practice 2284 Squadron came first overall in timings and discipline.
