| Porty and Gala cadets In Banner Drill Clean Sweep
The Dewar Centre in Perth was once again the venue for the Royal British Legion Tri-Service Cadet Colour Bearing Competition. Last year Air Cadets were placed 1st, 2nd and 3rd taking all three medals against stiff competition.
So on the evening of 5th June Air Cadets from across the Region once again arrived in Perth to compete in the 2010 event. Two cadets from Edinburgh & South Scotland Wing were among the competitors in Perth.
No Pressure Then!
The judges for the event included a representative from the Royal British Legion Scotland, the Station Warrant Officer from RAF Leuchars, a Warrant Officer 2 from the Scots Guards, and a Chief Petty officer from the Royal Navy - No pressure then!
After the Cadets from the ATC, ACF and SCC completed a set piece drill routine it was time for the judges to review their scores and submit them to the adjudicating officer to compare notes
Once again all three medals were scooped by Air Cadets!
