Cadets must be over 16 to apply for this course. Again the candidate needs to successfully complete the selection process at OASC based at RAF Cranwell. This scheme entitles the recipient to 8 Hours navigation training, over a 14 day period, in a Grob Tutor Aircraft.
There is also a lot of ground work needed to support the aerial navigation exercises. On successful completion the Navigator Wings shown are awarded.
